RR Consulting Services offers a flexible approach to organizations looking to outsource all, or part, of their information security, business continuity or risk management functions. Engagements can be undertaken on a temporarily basis whilst, say, a permanent in-house team is established or over a longer term where RR Consulting provides the required functions under a service contract. Tailored to clients’ requirements, managed services can vary from a director-level specialist through to the provisions of complete teams to operate, maintain and manage security or business continuity services. RR Consulting services can also provide independent advice to clients outsourcing to a third party. Examples including developing or negotiating contract schedules on behalf of a client, or providing an independent function to monitor the performance of an external provider. |
